Militant Vegan takes great pride in the quality, flavour, and integrity of its merchandise. To demonstrate our commitment to client satisfaction, we provide a 100% Taste and pleasure Guarantee.
If you are not completely happy with the flavour or quality of your purchase, you can request a one-time full refund for a single opened pack.
Eligibility Criteria
- The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the purchase date.
- It only applies to your first purchase of a specific flavour.
- Refunds are restricted to one unit per customer, per taste.
- To process any refund request, you must provide proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
To seek a refund, please contact our customer care staff at steve@themilitantvegan.com and provide your order number and reason for the request. Once verified, reimbursements will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refund Exclusions
- This policy does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.
- Shipping expenses are not refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny refund claims that do not match the aforementioned criteria.
